What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out times are listed on the property page. We’ll also send full arrival instructions before your stay.

How do I access the property?

Most stays use a secure self check-in system such as a lockbox, smart lock, or key handover. Full details are provided before arrival.

Is parking available?

Many of our properties offer free or nearby parking. Please check the individual listing for exact parking details.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, all of our stays are dog friendly, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the trip too. An additional fee applies for pet stays. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can confirm the most suitable property for you.

Do you provide toiletries?

Starter toiletries are often provided, though we recommend bringing your personal favourites for longer stays.

What if I need help during my stay?

We’re available to assist if anything comes up before or during your stay.

My children and I had a wonderful time. Lauren made us feel so welcome, also checking to make sure we had what we needed and were asked ok. So personal and lovely. We were over the moon with the beautiful house, and Lauren made sure we had everything we needed. Which really put my mind at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip to South Shields. I've even got family interested in booking in the near future.Thank you Lauren for a fantastic first holiday with my children! We all absolutely loved it!

I've stayed in MANY air bnbs over the last few years due to work. I can undoubtedly say this is by far the nicest host and property that I've encountered. The property is immaculate and finished to an exceptionally high standard. What a find. Will absolutely be back!

Lauren was a lovely host, always responded to messages quickly and left thoughtful gifts for my graduation and even treats for the dogs. The home was beautiful and very clean and was exactly how it looked in the photos. Would love to stay here again.

Lauren's apartment is stunning, spacious, spotless and a good location if you don't mind a little road noise with the window open. Street parking was not a problem for 3 cars and is 10 steps away from a supermarket express and a lovely park area. It was a 5min drive to the beach and nice restaurants. The renovating is stunning and she has beautiful taste. The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed and we loved the door locks... ingenious!! The beds were a delight, she has spared no expense on mattress, pillows, duvets and bed linen. The towels were soft and fluffy and she supplied lovely extras like cotton pads in pretty jars. Every bedroom had a tower fan for the heat and each bedroom was thoughtfully designed. The lounge is beautiful!The top floor has a small powder room and a spacious landing. The family bathroom was lovely and roomy. Again with quality products in abundance. The welcome basket was sweet too.I wouldn't think twice about booking again, Lauren is a lovely host.

☺Such a fantastic apartment! Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, the rooms were all spacious and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too, we’ll definitely be back!

 10Verified ☺Everything, the whole property from the front door was absolutely stunning clean and very welcoming. The welcome pack and all the little extras was fabulous. Sofas beds bathroom were all clean and exceptional quality. The kitchen had everything you needed and the whole place was spotless. The added bonus off the small Sainsbury's straight across the road and the bus stop too the bus 50 dropped you to and from to get to the beach and they ran every half hour.
Lauren has being in contact with me regularly ever since we booked the property and she replied almost straight away everytime.

I will most definitely go again.

☺Stunning property and an absolutely huge space, the owners provide pretty much everything you could possibly think of. We had a great stay. Great value for money.

☺We really enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, beautifully presented and had a lovely balance of period character and modern comforts. The welcome basket was such a lovely and thoughtful touch and really made us feel welcome. Our host was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the communication throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely property and we would happily stay again.

☹There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. If anything, our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer!
